Covid-19- An update from easyHotel
Following the recent UK Government announcements, we are working to ensure that we continue to operate in-line with all guidance and legal requirements. With this in mind, before you make any booking at one of our hotels, please ensure that you have read the Government’s latest guidelines and/or regulations applicable to you and your stay with us. From Tuesday 5th January 2021 onwards please note the following:
The UK was placed into a national lockdown as of 00:01 5th January 2021. Overnight stays for holidays are not permitted. During National lockdown you are only permitted to stay at one of our hotels for the following reasons:
The current Government guidelines can be reviewed [HERE]. Please ensure that you are compliant with the current Government Covid 19 guidelines and legal requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any guest who we consider to be non-compliant upon entry into our hotels.
Existing Flexible rate bookings may be cancelled up to 12 noon on the date of arrival as stated in our cancellation policy. In all instances, fully flexible rates are recommended during these unprecedented times. For bookings made via third parties please contact the organisation directly.
For guests who have Non-Refundable bookings (made before the 5th of Jan 2021) that are due to stay between now and the 15th February 2021. If you need to change plans, for any of the following reasons:
In these circumstances, we are able to offer guests an opportunity to re-book at a later date (of their choice) - up-to 12 months in advance - (subject to any price differences being met by customer and hotel availability). Please contact your hotel to discuss this.
Please note: We may ask for proof of your circumstance when a request to re-book is made.
Any non-refundable bookings made after the 5th Jan 2021 or existing bookings due to stay after the 15th February 2021 will be subject to our normal cancellation policy.
