Covid-19- An update from easyHotel

Following the recent UK Government announcements, we are working to ensure that we continue to operate in-line with all guidance and legal requirements. With this in mind, before you make any booking at one of our hotels, please ensure that you have read the Government’s latest guidelines and/or regulations applicable to you and your stay with us. From Monday 19th July 2021 onwards please note the following:

England - no current restrictions:

Wales:

From Saturday 17th July 2021, Wales will move to alert level 1. This means up to 6 people can meet indoors in private homes and holiday accommodation. You will be permitted to stay at easyHotel Cardiff City Centre for any reason, either on your own, or with no more than up to five other people from different households.

Scotland:

From 19th July 2021 Scotland will move to level 0. You will be permitted to stay at easyHotel Glasgow and easyHotel Edinburgh for any reason, either on your own or with one other person, provided that the additional person you intend to stay in a room with is from your household or is within your support bubble. Where you are staying in the same room with an additional person we will ask you to complete a covid guest form to confirm your compliance with the latest Government guidelines relating to Scotland.

The current Government guidelines can be reviewed [HERE]. Please ensure that you are compliant with the current Government Covid 19 guidelines and legal requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any guest who we consider to be non-compliant upon entry into our hotels.

Stay Easy, Stay Safe – our pledge to you:

In line with our existing pledge to customers, we will continue to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness when visiting our hotels. As the UK begins the relaxation of measures, we understand that keeping existing practices in place will provide comfort to both staff and guests at our hotels. We therefore ask that guests continue to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing when walking within the premises and visiting reception areas.

Existing bookings and refunds:

For maximum flexibility in these times we always recommend that you book the flexible rate whereby bookings may be cancelled up to 12 noon on the date of arrival as stated in our cancellation policy.

For guests who have Non-Refundable bookings normal cancellation terms and conditions apply and your booking is non-refundable.
The above guidance applies to UK properties only, for properties in other countries please contact the hotel directly.

Please note that we cannot facilitate guests looking to self-isolate at our hotels.

We are constantly reviewing our hotel policies and will update this message as and when new government guidelines and or legal requirements are announced.

Thank you for your patience and continued custom.
