Terms and conditions

1. This survey is promoted by easyHotel PLC, who’s registered office is at 3rd Floor, 52 Grosvenor Gardens, London, SW1W 0AU, and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. easyHotel PLC will be working with Forward 3D Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 7717216 whose registered office is at 100 Leman Street, London E1 8EU (the “Supplier”).
3. This survey is open to subscribers of easyHotel PLC’s Marketing Communications, aged 18 years or over.
4. Participants must be subscribed to easyHotel PLC’s Marketing Communications to participate in this survey.
5. Participants must be signed up as members of the clubBedzzz programme to participate in this survey.
6. By completing this survey, a respondent is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and those outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Only one survey submission will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be considered.
8. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
9. You are providing your information to easyHotel PLC solely for the purposes of the business understanding and improving how our customers use our products and services.
10. Only respondents who have opted to participate in our follow-up research will be contacted by the supplier, Forward 3D Limited to become part of a group of users (“Research Panel Members”).
11. easyHotel will arrange sessions between Research Panel Members and employees of Forward 3D Limited. The only information Forward 3D Limited will receive is the Research Panel Member’s email address in calendar invites. 
12. During the online user testing sessions, participants will not be required to share their identities on camera as calls will be arranged via an online conferencing platform where volunteers will be shown either live websites or apps, or designs, and asked to interact with and give their views of these artefacts via voice chat.
13. Online user testing sessions will run for a duration of 45-60 minutes with only one participant per session.
14. The feedback from the sessions will be used by Forward 3D Limited on easyHotel PLC's behalf to inform designs for new and improved digital experiences.
15. Subject to how we treat your personal data, easyHotel PLC shall have the right at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such change shall be effective immediately upon going live.
