BOXPARK Croydon is just a 3-minute walk away. There are plenty of food and drink outlets located here, as well as regular events.
There are also plenty of green spaces nearby, including Wandle Park and Park Hill Park. And, if you want to learn a little more about the local area, the Museum of Croydon is a 10-minute walk away.
You can also hop on a train at East Croydon station and easily venture into central London.
There are lots of restaurants and bars located close to easyHotel Croydon Town Centre, and you definitely don’t need to travel into central London to sample some great food.
If street food is your thing, head to BOXPARK Croydon. Here, you’ll find everything from Taiwanese street food to brunch dishes (courtesy of The Breakfast Club). If you’re looking for vegan food, try Vegan Express Gourmet.
There are also plenty of other places to eat in town, including favourites like Wagamama and Pizza Express.
You’ll also find local restaurants dotted along the high street. Tapas bar Galicia, modern European restaurant Little Bay and Mediterranean eatery Annabella’s Kitchen are all well-regarded hotspots here.
easyHotel Croydon Town Centre is situated a 2-minute walk away from East Croydon station. From here, you can get a direct train to London Bridge station, which takes approximately 15 minutes. There are also regular direct trains to London Victoria from East Croydon, and this journey takes around 20 minutes.
Check-in at easyHotel Croydon Town Centre is from 3.00pm. Early check-in from 12.00pm is available at a supplementary cost.
Check-out at the hotel is until 10.00am, but late check-out (until 1.00pm) can be purchased for an additional fee.
At easyHotel Croydon Town Centre, there are double room with and without windows, twin room with window and wheelchair accessible room with window available.
The standard double rooms with/without window have double beds and are between 10–14 sq. metres. The wheelchair accessible room has a double bed and is approx. 16.5 sq. metres. The twin room has two single beds and is between 11–15.5 sq. metres.
Airport Tube: The nearest airports are Gatwick, London Luton Airport, Stansted and Heathrow. From Heathrow: Take the Piccadilly line from Heathrow on the Underground. A single ticket to central London is about £5.60. Change at Green Park for the Victoria line. Then, get the train to East Croydon. Journey time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Airport Train:
- From Gatwick Airport: Take the train towards London Victoria and alight at East Croydon. Journey time is approximately 15 minutes.
- From London Luton Airport: Take the train to East Croydon station. Journey time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- From Stansted Airport: Take the train to Liverpool Street (about 45 minutes). From Liverpool Street, walk to Farringdon Station and get the train to East Croydon (25 minutes).
- From Heathrow Airport: Take the Elizabeth Line towards Shenfield and alight at Farringdon Station (35 minutes) and get the train to East Croydon (25 minutes).
Train/tube: The nearest train station to the Hotel is East Croydon. The Hotel is a a two/three-minute walk from the station.
Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the hotel and is often against the law. Guests smoking will be fined and asked to leave the hotel.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.
Whilst the hotel doesn’t have parking on-site, paid street parking is available, including nearby council car parks.
All rooms at easyHotel Croydon Town Centre are heated and have air conditioning. They also come equipped with en-suite shower rooms, which feature a shower, a wash basin and a WC. Fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival. If you need additional towels or linen during your stay, please ask reception.
