Un marchio leader nel settore dei viaggi con un azionista di spicco

easyHotel è stata fondata nel 2004 da Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, fondatore di easyJet. Siamo orgogliosi di far parte della famiglia di marchi easy, classificata al primo posto nel Regno Unito e al secondo in Francia, Germania e Italia.

Nel 2025, il fondo EPISO 6, gestito da Tristan Capital Partners, ha acquisito il 100% delle azioni di easyHotel. L'operazione ha segnato una nuova fase di crescita strategica sostenuta da una profonda competenza nel settore e da capitali a lungo termine.
