easyHotel Alicante Centro Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and Entry Period

This giveaway is open to residents aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, France, Spain and the Netherlands. No purchase is necessary to enter. The giveaway opens on 17^th September 2026 at 00:00 and closes on 8^th October 2026 at 23:59 UK time. Entries received outside of this period and locations will not be accepted.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow @easyHotel on Instagram, like the official Instagram Collab Reel and comment at least once on the Reel tagging the person they would bring on the trip.

Entrants may enter up to a maximum of three times by leaving up to three separate comments and tagging a different person in each comment. Each valid tag and/or comment will count as one entry. Tagging the same person more than once will not result in an additional entry. Entries are accepted through the official Instagram Collab Reel only on @easyhotel Instagram account. We will not accept any tagged comments containing inappropriate and/or offensive material. Comments and or /tags must include the code word “BEACH”, to enter which confirms; 1. that you have read and agreed to the Giveaway Terms and Conditions; and 2. that you provide your express consent to easyHotel processing your personal data solely for the purposes of administering this promotion including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and arranging the prize. All data processing shall comply with applicable data protection laws and easyHotel’s Privacy Policy. Any comments and or tags that do not include the code word “BEACH” will not be accepted for the purposes of this promotion.

Prize Details

One winner will receive a three-night stay for two people at easyHotel Alicante Centro. The stay will consist of three consecutive nights in one standard room and must be redeemed within one year of drawing the prize (by 8^th October 2027). The prize is subject to availability at easyHotel Alicante Centro and may only be redeemed on selected dates provided by easyHotel.

Travel to and from Alicante, transfers, meals, drinks, travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses are not included in the prize.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other easyHotel offer or promotion. Usual easyHotel booking and hotel terms and conditions apply.

Winner Announcement and Selection

easyHotel will confirm through a public post on @easyHotel Instagram stories that a valid award has taken place and a winner has been selected. The surname and Country of the winner shall also be posted subject to prior notification and agreement with the winner.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random computer process. The selected winner will be subject to verification of the entry requirements and eligibility criteria before the prize is confirmed. The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @easyHotel Instagram account within 7 working days of the giveaway closing and will have 1 week to respond in order to claim the prize. If no response is received within the 7-day period easyHotel will send a follow up message from the @easyHotel Instagram account and the winner will have a further 48 hours to respond and claim the prize. If the original selected winner does not respond within the timeframe specified above, is found not to meet the entry requirements or eligibility criteria, or declines the prize, easyHotel reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries using the same verifiably random computer process.The selected winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of their age and country of residence before the prize is confirmed.

Guest Information

The person tagged in the winning entry does not have to be the person who ultimately accompanies the winner on the trip.

Exclusions

Employees of easyHotel, easyHotel Alicante Centro, the influencer involved in the promotion, associated agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Disqualification and Changes to the Giveaway

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are fraudulent, automated, submitted through fake or duplicate accounts, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where circumstances outside of its reasonable control make this necessary.

Marketing Communications

Entry into the giveaway does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
