As our Chief BS Officer, your mission is simple: travel across a selection of easyHotel locations in the Netherlands, experience the cities, stay with us, and tell us exactly what you think.

easyHotel Chief BS Officer (Netherlands) Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to anyone participating in the easyHotel Chief BS Officer campaign ("Applicants", "you", "your"), which is provided by easyHotel Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09035738 and registered address at 52 Grosvenor Gardens, London, United Kingdom, SW1W 0AU ("us", "we", "the Promoter").
1. Eligibility
1.1
The easyHotel Chief BS Officer campaign is open to people aged 18 years or over who are residents of the Netherlands and who have access to the internet.
1.2
You are not eligible to apply if you are under 18 years old or if you are residing outside of the Netherlands.
1.3
Employees of easyHotel, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the administration of the campaign are not eligible to apply.
2. Application Period
2.1
Applications will open at 00:00 CET on 25 June 2026 and close at 23:59 CET on 15 July 2026 (the "Application Period").
2.2
Any applications received outside of the Application Period will not be considered.
3. Application Requirements
3.1
To apply, Applicants must:
3.1.1
Visit the campaign webpage at easyhotel.com.
3.1.2
Complete and submit the application form, including a written submission explaining why they would make the ideal Chief BS Officer.
3.2
The maximum number of applications permitted per person is one (1) during the Application Period.
3.3
We accept no responsibility for applications not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
4. Selection Process
4.1
One (1) successful applicant will be selected by a panel appointed by easyHotel based on the quality, originality and suitability of their written submission.
4.2
The selection process will take place within fourteen (14) days following the closing date of the Application Period.
4.3
The successful applicant will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of application within thirty (30) days of the selection taking place.
4.4
The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
5. What the Successful Applicant Will Receive
5.1
The successful applicant will receive:
- Train travel to selected easyHotel locations within the Netherlands (standard class only);
- Accommodation at selected easyHotel hotels;
- A food allowance of up to €40 per day during the agreed travel period; and
- The honorary title of easyHotel's Chief BS Officer for the Netherlands.
5.2
Travel dates, hotel locations and itinerary will be agreed between easyHotel and the successful applicant.
5.3
The package described in clause 5.1 does not include any expenses not expressly stated, including personal purchases, additional food and drink costs above the stated allowance, travel upgrades or any other incidental expenses.
5.4
Hotel stays, travel arrangements, dates and participating easyHotel locations are subject to availability and will be determined by easyHotel at its sole discretion.
5.5
All travel and hotel stays included as part of the package must be completed by 31 August 2026. Any unused elements after this date will be forfeited.
6. Acceptance
6.1
The package described in clause 5.1 is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. No cash alternative will be offered.
6.2
If the successful applicant cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, easyHotel reserves the right to withdraw the offer and select an alternative applicant.
7. Content and Publicity
7.1
By applying, you agree that easyHotel may request the successful applicant to participate in reasonable publicity, marketing and promotional activity connected with the campaign.
7.2
The successful applicant may be asked to provide feedback, photographs, video content and/or written commentary about their experience for use across easyHotel's marketing channels.
7.3
Any content submitted to easyHotel as part of the campaign may be used by easyHotel for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. General Terms
8.1
By submitting an application, Applicants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8.2
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the campaign and these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.
8.3
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Applicant and to disqualify any Applicant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
9. Data Protection
9.1
Any personal information provided to us as part of this campaign will be used solely for the purpose of administering the campaign and in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
