For one week only, we're transforming one of our rooms into the easyHotel Halloween Suite: a limited-edition spooky stay featuring a custom coffin bed fitted with our super-comfy 30cm mattress. It may look like something from beyond the grave, but the comfort is absolutely to die for.
The Sleep of Your Afterlife
Forget your usual hotel bed. At the centre of the Halloween Suite is a custom-made, single-occupancy coffin created especially for the occasion. A coffin might not sound like the recipe for a great night's sleep, but ours comes fitted with a new 30cm mattress that's dead comfy. Alongside a few spooky surprises and Halloween-themed touches, you'll still enjoy all the easyHotel essentials, including an en-suite bathroom, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.
Prefer your bed a little less coffin-shaped? Don't worry. Every other easyHotel room features a standard bed with the same comfy 30cm deep mattress.

Terms and Conditions
easyHotel Paris Nord Aubervilliers Halloween Competition Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to anyone participating in the easyHotel Halloween Competition (“Participants”, “you”, “your”), which is provided by easyHotel Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09035738 and registered address at 52 Grosvenor Gardens, London, United Kingdom, SW1W 0AU (“us”, “we”, “the Promoter”).
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The competition is open to people aged 18 years or over who live in Europe and who have access to the internet. You are not eligible to enter the competition if you are under 18 years old or if you are residing outside of Europe.
1.2 Employees of easyHotel, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or running of the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.
2. Competition Period:
2.1 The competition will open on 05/10/2026 and close on 26/10/2026 at midnight CET (the “Competition Period”). Any entries received outside of the Competition Period will be void and will not be entered into this competition.
3. Entry Requirements:
3.1 To enter the competition, Participants must: 3.1. Follow the easyHotel Instagram account, like the post regarding the easyHotel Halloween competition and comment with the code word “HALLOWEEN”. By including the code word HALLOWEEN, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Giveaway Terms and Conditions and give your express consent for easyHotel to process your personal data solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and arranging the prize. Any entries without the code word will not be valid.
3.2 We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
4. Winner Selection:
4.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random computer process. The selected winner will be subject to verification of the entry requirements and eligibility criteria before the prize is confirmed. 4.2 The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @easyHotel Instagram account within 24 hours of the giveaway closing and will have 24 hours to respond in order to claim the prize. 4.3 If the original selected winner does not respond within the timeframe specified above, is found not to meet the entry requirements or eligibility criteria, or declines the prize, easyHotel reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries using the same verifiably random computer process.The selected winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of their age and country of residence before the prize is confirmed.
5. Prize Details:
5.1 The winner will receive a one (1) night stay at easyHotel Paris Nord Aubervilliers in the special Halloween coffin-themed room for one (1) person. 5.2 The winner is required to check in on 31/10/2026 and check out on 01/11/2026. 5.3 The prize includes accommodation, breakfast, VAT and city tax only. Travel expenses to the hotel and any hotel extras (including but not limited to late check out etc) are not included. 5.4 Alternative dates are not available. 5.5 The Halloween room features special themed decorative elements, including a coffin-style bed design. If, for safety, maintenance, operational, compliance or other reasonable reasons, the themed room or any of its decorative elements cannot be made available, the Promoter reserves the right to replace the themed room with a standard room at easyHotel Paris Nord Aubervilliers. If this is not possible, the Promoter may provide an alternative prize of equivalent value. No cash alternative will be offered. 5.6 As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner is required to participate in a photography and video content shoot organised by the Promoter at easyHotel Paris Nord Aubervilliers on 31/10/2026. The winner may be required to sign image, voice and publicity release documentation to enable the Promoter to use and publish the resulting content. If the winner refuses to participate in the photography or video shoot, or refuses to sign the required documentation, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with clause 6.2.
6. Prize Redemption:
6.1 The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and does not include any additional costs and expenses. No cash or other alternatives will be offered in lieu of the prize. 6.2 In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of being notified of their win in accordance with clause 4.2 above, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to pick an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above. That subsequent winner will also have 24 hours to respond to their notification. 6.3 In accordance with applicable laws and guidance, a promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place under this competition. To comply with this obligation, we will on request send the surname and home city of prize winner to anyone who requests this using our contact details at clause 9 within one (1) month after the closing date stated in clause 4. If you object to any or all your details being published or made available, please contact us using the contact details provided at clause 9 below. In such circumstances, we must still provide your information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. General Terms:
7.1 By entering the competition, Participants are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time on notice to be provided online. 7.3 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
8. Data Protection:
8.1 Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in paragraph 8.2 below. Please see our privacy policy Privacy Policy | easyHotel for more details regarding how the promoter will use your personal information. 8.2 The surname and country of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to easyHotel, 3rd Floor, 52 Grosvenor Gardens, London, Sw1W 0AU. 8.3 If you do not want your surname and country included on the list of winner referred to above, please email [email protected] prior to the closing date of the promotion. 8.4 As set out in clause 5.6, the winner will be required to participate in publicity, photography and video content relating to this promotion.
