1.1 The easyHotel in partnership with Wibra competition is open to people aged 18 years or over who are located in Netherlands and who have access to the internet. You are not eligible to enter the competition if you are under 18 years old or if you are residing outside of Europe. 1.2 Employees of easyHotel and Wibra, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or running of the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.

2.1 The competition will open on Friday 16 August 2024 and close on Friday 30 August 2024 at midnight CET (the “Competition Period”). Any entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be considered.

3.1 To enter the competition, Participants must: 3.1.1 Like the video on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook accounts 3.1.2. Tag a travel companion and let Wibra know why you want to win a hotel stay together. 3.2 We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

4.1 Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be selected by an impartial jury from Wibra. 4.2 The draw will take place on the last day of the Competition Period. 4.3 Each winner will be notified via our social media as well as their social media profile inbox at the time of entry within thirty (30) days of the draw taking place.

5.1 Each winner will receive one stay up to the value of €300 at any easyHotel of their choice. 5.2 The prize can be booked for stays between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2025. 5.3 The prize includes accommodation, VAT and city tax only. Travel expenses to the hotel and any hotel extras (including for example breakfast) are not included. 5.4 Rooms and dates are subject to availability and therefore excluded dates may apply. 5.5 Should the accommodation booking exceed €300, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference.

6.1 The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered in lieu of the prize. 6.2 In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified of their win in accordance with clause 4.3 above, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to pick a replacement winner in accordance with the process described above. 6.3 In accordance with applicable laws and guidance, a promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place under this competition. To comply with this obligation, we will on request send the surname and home city of prize winners to anyone who requests this using our contact details at clause 9 within one (1) month after the closing date stated in clause 4. If you object to any or all your details being published or made available, please contact us using the contact details provided at clause 9 below. In such circumstances, we must still provide your information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7.1 Entrants can use the voucher code WIBRA15 to receive 15% off their next stay at easyHotel. This offer applies to new bookings only made between 1 September 2024 and 1 October 2024 (inclusive). 7.2 All stay dates are subject to availability and blackout dates for key events apply. During blackout dates, this promotion will not be bookable at the hotels specified on the easyHotel brand Website. We reserve the right to amend or remove this offer at any point in time with no prior notice. 8.1 By entering the competition, Participants are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time on notice to be provided online. 8.3 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
