Most of the city centre is suited for strolling around, but you’ll find transport options sitting on your hotel doorstep ready to take you from A to B. Soak up the sounds of the nearby Hungarian State Opera House, before taking in sweeping views at the top of Fisherman’s Bastion and stopping to witness the changing of the guards at the Hungarian Parliament Building, only a 20-minute walk away.
Fancy seeing how Buda and Pest are connected? One thing you must do outside of your easyHotel walls is to take a walk across the chain bridge. Head to the bustling Oktogon junction and enjoy a quick ride on the M1 metro to gaze at this pedestrian-friendly work of art before checking out the challenging twists and turns of Budapest’s best live escape room game, Claustrophilia.
If you have a little more time to explore the area, Jump on the 105 from Vörösmarty utca M and ride the bus all the way to Buda Castle, an official world heritage site.
