You will see your booking referred to as a Semi Flexible Rate/ Flexible Rate, Non Flexible Rate and/or Group Booking and/or a booking of Extras. Please note that the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are governed by the relevant applicable local and regional laws, such as Law no. 13/2002 of 21 June on Catalonia’s tourism (“Ley 13/2002, de 21 de junio, de turismo de Cataluña”), and Decree no. 159/2012, of 20 November, on accommodations and (“Decreto 159/2012, de 20 de noviembre, de establecimientos de alojamiento turístico y de viviendas de uso turístico”), and Law no. 1/2007, of 16 November, on Consumers and Users Protection (“Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias”) (“LGCU”).
Notwithstanding the above, easyHotel UK Limited is the entity in charge of the easyHotel’s website, and easyHotel Spain, S.L. is the entity in charge of providing the relevant services and procurement of accommodations in the relevant easyHotel hotel(s) located in the Spanish territory.

1.2 Please follow the directions on easyHotel website, mobile site or app or as advised to you to make a booking.
1.3 If you book nine or more rooms for the same night we will treat this as a “Group Booking”. For Group Bookings you should contact us as per below.
1.4 We will issue you with a confirmation number when a booking has been made. The confirmation number is proof that we have accepted your booking. No booking shall be binding on easyHotel UK Limited or easyHotel Spain, as applicable, until we issue you with a confirmation number.
1.5 Your booking is not transferrable. You cannot transfer or resell your booking (in whole or in part) or advertise or otherwise offer any easyHotel Spain room for sale and if you do transfer or resell (or attempt to transfer or resell) your booking then we may terminate your booking and retain any money paid to us for such booking. Any bookings resold or transferred may not be honoured and we accept no liability in respect of this. We may also refuse to take any future bookings from you.
1.6 You must ensure that your full name on a booking is correct at the time you complete the booking.
1.7 You are responsible for ensuring that each person who stays at the hotel has their full name included in your booking.
1.8 Even if you make a booking for someone else's benefit and do not stay yourself, you must comply with these terms.
1.9 You must be aged 18 years old or over to make a booking with us and you must be aged 18 years old or over to stay alone. If a customer arrives at the hotel and is under 18 years old the customer will not be permitted to stay alone. We may require a photo identification (i.e. a driver’s licence or passport) as proof of age and if the customer is unable to present this to the satisfaction of the hotel we may terminate your booking without refund.
1.1 The rate for each room is as published on our website, mobile site or app (as applicable) at the time of your booking on that channel or in the case of a telephone booking as advised to you at the time of booking.
1.2 Room rates are per room per night and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of meals and other “Extras”. You may be able to add Extras to your booking during the booking process or during your stay. For further details on Extras please see section 6.
1.3 Any promotional rates or benefits available to easyHotel Spain employees can only be used in accordance with the terms of such promotional rates or benefits and must not be used by anyone who is not an easyHotel Spain employee unless we explicitly state that this is allowed. Any person staying at an easyHotel Spain hotel using such a promotional rate or benefit may be required to show employee and/or photo identification.
1.4 We reserve the right to terminate any booking made using a promotional rate or benefit not in accordance with these terms.
1.5 All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless you are otherwise advised by us.
1.6 We reserve the right to terminate any booking made where we have been unable to successfully receive payment from the customer on the date of payment being due.
1.7 An administration charge based on booking currency is charged per stay at a fixed rate per stay. This charge is associated with handling the administrative side of each booking and is charged at a fixed amount independent of booking method and payment mechanism. The administration charge is not included in the quoted price of a room as it will remain unchanged regardless of how many room nights are booked.
1.8 If your booking is not payable in full at the time of booking, we will require debit or credit card details to be provided at the time of booking. We will pre-authorise your card and charge €1 at the time of booking. Please note that we will charge such payment card for the cost of the total stay of the booking if you fail to arrive. You will need to pay on arrival and you must do so by using, in person only, the payment card which you used to make the booking. We do not accept payment over the telephone, by fax, by cash or by cheque.
1.9 If your booking is not payable in full at the time of booking and the rate of VAT changes between the date of your reservation and the date of your stay we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay and charge you accordingly.
1.1 Once you have checked in to your easyHotel you cannot amend or cancel the related booking.
Flexible rate bookings
For flexible rate bookings, cancellation must be made by 3pm the day before arrival. Provided that we hear from you by 3pm the day before arrival, we will refund you 100% of the money you have paid for any nights cancelled.
Non-flexible rate bookings
1.1.3 As non-flexible rate bookings are at discounted rates these bookings are not refundable.
1.2 For cancellations, amendments, refunds and no shows in connection with group bookings, please contact the group bookings desk at [email protected] and/or [email protected], where you will be put in contact with the relevant hotel, and provided with the relevant group Terms and Conditions.
1.3 If you do not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled date of arrival, you will be deemed to be a ‘no show’ and your booking will be cancelled and in accordance with our cancellation policy no refunds will be made to the customer and all the payment will be charged.
1.4 All amendments are subject to a €10 amendment fee, save in respect of flexible rate bookings, where you can amend up to 12 noon on the scheduled date of arrival at no extra charge. Please note that this is subject to availability and room price differences may apply.
1.5 Where a refund is payable in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and according to LGCU, we will only make refunds to the payment card that you used to make the booking. If you cancel your booking before you check in, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions we will normally credit refunds within 10 days of cancellation. If you shorten your booking during your stay in accordance with these terms we will normally credit refunds within 10 days of the last day of the original booking.
Cancellation by easyHotel Spain
1.6 If you fail to pay us when you are required to do so or breach these terms we may cancel your booking with immediate effect on notice to you (including by e-mail). If an event outside our reasonable control is reasonably likely to prevent us from performing your booking we may cancel your booking on notice to you (by e-mail) and will refund in full any payment made by you in respect of such booking to the payment card that you used to make the booking, including any Extras and booking fees, if applicable.
1.1 You can check in after 15:00hrs on the scheduled date of arrival unless you purchase an early check-in Extra with your booking or directly at the hotel, subject always to availability.
1.2 You must check-out before the indicated time on your confirmation e-mail on the scheduled date of departure unless you purchase a late check-out Extra with your booking or directly at the hotel, subject always to availability. If you do not check out by 10:00hrs then we shall charge you the “Late Check Out fee” of a total sum of €15.00 until 13:00hrs, and after that the flexible rate at that time for one night’s stay for the applicable room(s).
1.3 We operate a relocation policy. If a room is unavailable on arrival, we will provide you with one of the following:
· Provide a similar room, or where not available a better room, and subject to availability any equivalent extras which you have booked, in another nearby hotel (which where possible shall be an easyHotel) and pay the reasonable cost of transport to that alternative hotel or any applicable car park charges; or
· Provide a room in a third-party hotel and pay the reasonable cost of transport to that alternative hotel or any applicable car park charges; or at your request or, if in our reasonable opinion there is no suitable alternative hotel accommodation available, cancel your booking and refund you any money you have paid in advance for the unavailable room(s) including related food & beverage Extras.
1.4 If you are due to pay on arrival at the hotel and the process above is followed, we will still take payment for the cost of the booking and any prepaid Extras, however, any additional costs over and above the original cost of the booking will be covered by us (i.e. difference in room rates, reasonable transport costs and car park charges).
1.1 We provide wheelchair accessible and limited mobility rooms, subject to availability. Please specify this requirement at the time of booking.
1.2 You must not exceed the maximum specified occupancy for the room type which you have booked. The maximum occupancies are set out below. You will need to speak directly to the hotel to confirm availability of costs and room size.
· 1 adult, 2 children (under 16); or
· 2 adults, 1 child (under 16); or
· 3 adults; or
· 4 adults.
· 2 adults; or
· 1 adult and 1 child (under 16).
· 2 adults; or
· 1 adult and 1 child (under 16).
· 1 adult only.
1.3 We do not permit people under the age of 18 years old to stay in our hotels alone. You must not leave under 18 years old unattended in any rooms or public areas at any times.
1.4 We will try to assist with any special requests but all room bookings are subject to availability.
1.5 We will require you to move rooms if you make a booking or bookings to stay at a hotel for 28 or more days concurrently. If you refuse to do so we may terminate your booking.
1.6 When you make a booking you agree to not use the easyHotel Spain hotel or facilities to conduct any commercial activity or activity that seeks to gain profit without prior written consent from easyHotel Spain. We may terminate your booking and retain any money paid to us for such booking if we believe that you are in breach of this provision.
1.7 You must not bring any potentially hazardous or otherwise dangerous items on to our premises.
1.8 You must not damage or interfere with any items belonging to us. If you do so we may terminate your booking. You must bring any damage to our hotel or property to the immediate attention of the relevant hotel manager. We may either (at our sole discretion) request the immediate re-payment of our reasonable costs during your stay or instruct a third party to contact you after your stay to recover the reasonable costs for any repair, replacement or specialist cleaning we incur if you damage our hotel or property. If you request it we will send a breakdown of these costs to the address used for the booking.
Lost of keys
· In the event you lose the room key or the lock key that has been provide to you with during the check-in process you shall immediately inform the hotel manager and pay its price of €10.00 at check-out of your stay at the easyHotel Spain hotel. Please note that a breakdown of such cost will be provided to you at that moment.
1.9 Cooking equipment including but not limited to microwave ovens, fridges, deep fat fryers and toasters must not be operated by you in the hotel.
1.10 You must not cause any disturbance to any other customers or our staff including but not limited to noise disturbance.
1.11 If you do not comply with the rules stated above, when staying at our hotel we may terminate your booking and require you to leave the hotel immediately and may retain any money paid to us for such booking. If we consider your non-compliance to be sufficiently serious we may not accept any future reservations from you and/or not allow you entry to or accommodation at any of our hotels.
1.12 In any case, easyHotel Spain will apply in its hotel the applicable codes of conduct, if any.
6.1 We offer certain Extras when you make a booking; for more details on Extras click, see the check-out when making a booking.
6.2 The room rate excludes any Extras unless we expressly agree with you otherwise as part of your booking.
6.3 Extras may be purchased after you have made a booking subject to a booking fee. If you purchase Extras directly at the hotel during your stay this will not incur a booking fee.
6.4 Extras are always subject to availability.
6.5 If you have ordered any food and/or beverage Extras with your booking and these are unavailable upon arrival at the hotel we will refund you the price paid by you for those Extras.
6.6 Food and beverage Extras are refundable in accordance with these terms only. All other Extras, including but not limited to Wi-Fi, are non-refundable at any time. Please note that Wi-Fi costs are fixed by our Wi-Fi provider and will not be refunded by our Wi-Fi provider.
6.7 We will not transfer Extras to another booking and Extras, cannot be cancelled unless the related booking is cancelled and refunded. Please refer to section 3 above for more detail on cancellation and when Extras may be refunded.
7.1. Guide dogs and hearing dogs may be brought into the hotel at free of charge; please notify the hotel in advance that you are intending to bring such dog(s) with you.
7.2. You must not leave pets unattended in any rooms or public areas at any time and dogs must be kept on leads in public areas always.
8.1. Smoking is not permitted in any easyHotel Spain hotel other than in designated smoking areas outside the hotel, in accordance with Law 42/2010 of 30 December amending Law 28/2005 of 26 December on health measures against smoking and regulating the sale, supply, consumption and advertising of tobacco products (“Ley 42/2010, de 30 de diciembre, por la que se modifica la Ley 28/2005, de 26 de diciembre, de medidas sanitarias frente al tabaquismo y reguladora de la venta, el suministro, el consumo y la publicidad de los productos del tabaco”). You must not smoke in any of our hotels, either in the hotel rooms or public areas, or interfere with our fire detection system or with any emergency equipment. If you do so, we may terminate your booking and reserve our rights to take any further action. We may either (at our sole discretion) request the immediate re-payment of all the costs that you have incurred due to smoking (i.e. including costs for repair or replacement of damage by you to our property, the cost of the room for any period it is unusable and our administration expenses), without prejudice of the specialist cleaning cost of minimum €50.00 which you shall immediately pay at check-out. As per your request, we will send a breakdown of these costs to the address used for the booking.
9.1. easyHotel Spain liability regime shall be governed by the applicable local and regional regulations as well as the LGCU.
9.2. All belongings or valuables shall be kept and cared for by our guests. easyHotel Spain is not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings that are carelessly or improperly handled. Such objects and belongings should be kept and preserved in the places provided by easyHotel Spain for this purpose.
9.3. We will not be liable in any circumstances for any loss or damage to vehicles you bring to the hotel or any property left in them regardless of whether they are parked in a car park connected to the hotel or not.
10.1. We inform you that your personal data will be processed by easyHotel Spain. for the purpose of enabling the development, performance and control of the agreed relationship for the provision of services, being the basis of the processing the performance of the contractual relationship. The identification of the parties is a requirement for the formalization of the relationship, and therefore cannot be carried out without the aforementioned requirement.
10.2. Your data will be kept for as long as it exists and even thereafter, until any liability arising therefrom is extinguished. Your personal data may be communicated to banks and financial institutions, for the management of collections and payments, and to Public Administrations in the cases provided for by Law, for the purposes defined therein.
10.3. You may request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, opposition, portability of the data and limitation of its processing, at the address of the easyHotel Spain appearing in section 11 below, as well as filing a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

easyHotel Spain shall be entitled to cancel, amend or vary any of the provisions set forth under these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions as made available on the website. Please check the website, mobile site and app regularly for any updates to these Terms and Conditions.
If there is any conflict or discrepancy between easyHotel UK Limited’s terms and conditions and easyHotel Spain’s Terms and Conditions and you are booking at an easyHotel Spain hotel, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
14.1 Should one of the stipulations of these Terms and Conditions be declared null and non-operational, the rest of the Terms and Conditions will be retained in the agreed terms. easyHotel Spain undertakes to substitute the stipulation affected by the nullity, bringing it into line as far as possible with the intention originally sought by the parties.
No stipulation in this Terms and Conditions shall in any way affect the mandatory provisions in relation to consumers. If you are not a consumer, you expressly renounce any right of withdrawal.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the provision of services by easyHotel Spain shall be submitted to the Spanish Courts.
If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English text of these T&Cs and any translation thereof into any other language, the English text shall prevail.
