Your Booking

Fully flexible rate bookings: Book with confidence and cancel up-to 12 noon on day of arrival. We are actively promoting this rate over others to ensure we give our customers maximum flexibility.

Semi Flex and non-refundable rate bookings: If your booking is due to arrive on or before the 30th April we have amended our cancellation policy to the following:

a). If you are travelling to or from regions affected by Government-issued travel restrictions or lockdowns (according to Government guidance of the restricted country) where we have a hotel, we will offer customers the opportunity to cancel with a full refund or to rebook* a future stay at the same property, subject to availability and price differences.

b). If you are booked for and staying in an area with no current government imposed restrictions but do not wish to travel at present, we will offer customers the opportunity to rebook* at a later date subject to availability and any price differences.
* Re-booking window is until 1st Dec 2020 inclusive.

If you have not received a confirmation number or a confirmation email, please check your spam inbox first, make sure that you entered the correct email address, if you still can't find your booking, then it is likely that your booking has not been processed. Please login to your easyHotel account to check if your reservation has in fact been made.

Group bookings can't be made in the same way as individual bookings on the easyHotel website. Please contact groups@easyhotel.com if you wish to do a group booking.

If you wish to amend your booking please contact your hotel directly. Only flexible rates can be amended up until 12pm on the day of arrival & semi-flexible rates can be amended and this must be done 5 days prior to your date of arrival. Group bookings must do this 28 days before the arrival date. 

Yes - You can log into your easyHotel clubBedzzz account from the homepage of the easyHotel website. You will be asked to enter the email address used when registering and your chosen password.

You can also download our app in the play and app stores to see your bookings in your clubBedzzz account

Individual bookings can be made either through the website (www.easyhotel.com) or through one of our Android or IOS apps.

You can request a copy of your invoice when you check out of your hotel or contact the hotel directly.

You can also use the confirmation email that you receive upon making your booking.

Check-In/Out

Please contact the specific hotel using our help widget to inform them of your plans. If you intend to arrive after 2am on the scheduled date of arrival you must inform the hotel otherwise our no show policy will apply. Please inform the hotel here. We will do our very best to contact you before we cancel your reservation. 

Customers are able to check-in at any time after 3pm up until 10am the next morning which is the check-out time. Customers need to check-out by 10am on the departure date. Some of our easyHotels do offer a late check-out up until 13:00. Please note this comes at an additional cost. A late check-out can be purchased online or directly at the hotel and is subject to availability.

Our clubBedzzz members receive an extra hour in bed on a Sunday on us....it's free to become a clubBedzzz member.

Check-in is from 3pm. An early check-in can be purchased (subject to availability) at some hotels meaning you can check-in from 12pm. Once you have selected your room type when making a booking you will be offered some additional add-on features. If the hotel offers this service you will at this point be able to purchase this additional feature.

Our Hotels

Our hotels are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please see the specific hotel web page for more information. The majority of our hotels are located nearby to car parking facilities, please enquire upon check-in or call the hotel in advance to see if there are any discounts available to guests.

 

Smoking is not permitted. easyHotel has a strict non-smoking policy within all parts of the hotel.

Children of any age can stay at the hotel as long as they are accompanied by an adult. An adult is considered to be those aged 18 years and above.

It is possible to simply turn up at an easyHotel on the day and book online if we have rooms available for that night. However, it's less risky and you will get the best prices if you book in advance.

Booking online with a free clubBedzzz account will give many additional extras as well as a 10% discount for booking direct on all future bookings!

Our hotels offer additional services which you can add-on to your stay should you require. You can do so when making your booking online or upon arrival at the hotel. Please see the specific hotel page for which Add-Ons are available and their associated pricing.

When booking on a free clubBedzzz account you will receive free wifi for your entire stay.  This can be booked on the website (www.easyhotel.com) or Android or IOS apps!

Hairdryers and irons are available in many of our hotel receptions. Please see the specific hotel page for more information. Kettles are not available in our rooms. 

Please speak to your hotel staff who will be happy to recommend places of interest to visit/eat during your stay.

We do not have meeting rooms in our hotels.

Some of our hotels welcome pets, for an additional fee. Please see specific hotel page to see if this service is provided.

Pets are charged at £10 per night per pet

Our Rooms

Yes you can book this room type without any disability. However if you don't have a disability we would prefer you to book a standard room and leave these type of rooms for those who need it most.  

We have a responsibility to accessible guests and therefore they take priority in our accessible rooms 

Yes these are included in your room purchase.

Our rooms are for the guests that are named in the reservation. If any guests have any visitors they can only be admitted with specific permission from of easyHotel staff. If you are staying with us and expect any guests please speak to our team before arrival.

All of our rooms are cleaned before your visit and after you leave before the next guest arrives.

If you would like additional cleaning services during your visit this can be arranged for a fee at the time of booking or at the hotel directly

Yes - All our rooms come with en-suite facilities.

Please contact the hotel directly in order to request a specific floors and rooms near to each other.  We will do our best to accommodate such requests but please note it may be subject to availability.

We offer basic toiletries in the form of hand wash and shower gel

Room Types

Please check online or directly with the hotel - some family rooms can accommodate 3 people while others can accommodate 4.

A family room for 4 can have either 2 double beds or 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 

A Triple room can accommodate 3 guests. The room has either '1 Double bed and 1 Single bed' or '3 Single beds.'

A Double room consists of 1 Double bed and can accommodate 2 guests.

A Twin room consists of 2 single beds and can accommodate 2 guests.

For the hotels where we do not have food and beverage on site our staff are always happy to recommend somewhere nice for you to eat.  If you call and speak to the hotel in advance of your stay they may have some additional discounts available for certain locations.

Our staff will always be happy to make a reservation for you on request. 

Some hotels offer breakfast boxes at an extra cost. This can be purchased at the time of your booking or at your hotel.

Payments, Price & Credit

Yes. The easyHotel site is a secure site, so all the details entered as part of your booking are stored safely.

The price is for the room and not per person.

easyHotel bedrooms are sold on the basis of the earlier you book, the less you pay and periods of high demand cost more than less popular periods. Prices will generally increase, as you get closer to your date of stay.

For the best deals, book early and if possible be flexible about when you travel (staying in London in June is more popular than January; staying on a Saturday night is more popular than on Sunday).

We cannot accept cash payments, all payments must be made by card.

Some cities require a city tax to be paid by tourists. Please see the specific hotel page for whether this applies to the city you are travelling to.

Cancellations & Amendments

To extend your stay you are required to make a new booking either online at www.easyhotel.com or speak to the hotel staff and book directly in hotel.

If you are entitled to a refund and you haven't received after 10 working days of requesting it, please Contact Us and provide us with a mean to reach out to you directly.

Depends on the rate you have chosen to book, please see below our cancellations policies. 

SEMI-FLEXIBLE RATE OR FLEXIBLE RATES

Once you have checked in to your easyHotel you cannot amend or cancel the related booking. Semi flexible / flexible rate bookings.

Cancellations or amendments to your booking must be completed 5 days before the day of your original check-in date. You cannot cancel a booking after this time.

We will refund you 70% of the money you have paid for any nights cancelled, excluding any booking fees and administration charges.

NON-FLEXIBLE RATES

As Non-Flexible Rate bookings are at discounted rates these bookings are not refundable.

PROMOTIONAL  RATES

As Non-Flexible Rate bookings are at discounted rates these bookings are not refundable

GROUP BOOKING RATES

 You can cancel an entire Group Booking in whole prior to 28 days before your scheduled arrival date by notifying us via our website by selecting Cancel a booking. Your 10% deposit is non-refundable but we will refund any additional monies you have paid (including for any food & beverage Extras; all other Extras are non-refundable), excluding any booking fees. If you cancel a Group Booking 28 days or less before your scheduled arrival date we will not provide a refund on the room(s), any Extras purchased with the booking or any booking fee.

Yes - we have secure luggage storage available at each of our hotels. Please note that luggage storage comes at an additional cost. In some hotel this can be booked online and at others you will need to book it with the hotel reception.

You can make a complaint by sending us a message via http://support.easyhotel.com

To allow us handling your complaint better please always include your name and last name, contact email, hotel name, stay dates and reservation number when possible. We aim to get back to our customers within 4 working days after receiving the complaint.  

Yes you can. The guest must bring with them the confirmation and a valid piece of photo ID.

Some hotels will accept pets for an extra charge, pets will need to be under supervision of their owners at all times. Guide dogs are welcomed free of charge. 

 

We ask you to register your details with us in order for us to manage your booking/s now and in the future as well as enabling you to access your booking details at any time. You can register when you make your first booking with us.

We only require and can only accept one guest's name per booking.
